Nexa Terms of Service

Thanks for even LOOKING at the TOS for Nexa. You probably clicked due to the brain-rotted version, but either way, thanks.

If you clicked this only because of the TOS and NOT the brain-rotted version, I'm going to tell you something directly from me:You're one in a million.

Alright, here's the actual TOS.

The Company / Startup shall and can be referred to as"Nexa", "our","we", or "us".

The digital / online currency on Nexa is referred to as"Nexa Bucks", "Bucks", or"$" unless stated otherwise.

1. Transaction Agreement

Whenever you create a transaction, tax is always included. We created this because when we bought things online and tax was added afterwards, it was almost always above our budget.

2. Refunds Agreement

Refunds can be requested through the following methods:

  • Our Discord (Highly Recommended) — You can request refunds through Discord.
  • Manual Support (tawk.to) — Available, but our team is less active there.

Refund Rules

  1. A fee of 20 Nexa Bucks may be charged for processing and related costs. This may be negotiated depending on the situation.
  2. If the refund amount exceeds your Nexa Bucks balance:
    1. You will be informed.
    2. You may reduce the refund amount or use theMaximum Refund Method.

Maximum Refund Method

  1. Select items you're willing to revoke.
  2. Support confirms the request.
  3. The selected items are removed.

3. Chargeback Agreement

Chargebacks without contacting support first may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Revocation of items, Bucks, or features
  • Permanent termination depending on severity

We're humans too. If there's an issue, please contact us first. Most situations can usually be resolved normally.

4. Exploitation / Abuse Agreement

  • Intentionally abusing bugs or exploits is prohibited.
  • Reporting bugs instead of abusing them is appreciated and respected.
  • Severe exploitation may result in:
    • Data resets
    • Item revocations
    • Account termination
    • Restrictions from future Nexa services

5. Nexa Bucks Agreement

  • Nexa Bucks are a digital currency used within Nexa.
  • They do not automatically hold real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated by Nexa.
  • We may adjust balances or pricing when required due to abuse, exploits, or technical issues.

6. Account Agreement

  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • Account sharing is allowed at your own risk.
  • If your account is compromised due to sharing, we may not be able to recover lost items or Bucks.

7. Service Availability Agreement

Nexa services may occasionally go offline due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Unexpected issues
  • Me accidentally breaking something at 3 AM

We'll do our best to restore services as quickly as possible.

8. Modification Agreement

  • We may modify these Terms whenever needed.
  • Significant changes will usually be announced unless they are extremely minor.

9. Respect Agreement

  • Don't intentionally harass support staff, developers, or community members.
  • Constructive criticism is welcome.
  • Nexa was built for people to enjoy, not to argue over pixels and numbers.

10. Final Agreement

  • By using Nexa, you agree to these Terms.
